Port of Spain, Trinidad, 5th October 2016: Diligence, focus and determination - these were the habits that Trinidad and Tobago 400M Olympian, Machel Cedenio, told students assisted in his reaching the 2016 Rio Olympics and achieving his overall goals.

Cedenio, a Flow Brand Ambassador, visited his alma mater, Presentation College, San Fernando for the Annual Career Day on Wednesday 5th October 2016.
